Meet Uliana

My academic background includes ongoing studies in counseling and theology at Warsaw Baptist Theological Seminary. The program is counseling-focused and prepares students to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, stress, and major life transitions.

My training includes helping clients understand the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and relationship patterns connected to their difficulties. It also focuses on developing practical skills for managing anxiety, responding to low mood, handling difficult emotions, improving communication, setting healthier boundaries, and making meaningful changes.

I draw from cognitive behavioral and schema-based approaches and adapt the work to each client’s needs. Christian faith can be included when desired, but it is never imposed.
